Your Ride, Inc. is a rapidly growing for-profit company proudly serving the local and long-distance transportation needs throughout Worcester County and beyond.
Founded by Sadique Dodoo, a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2010, Your Ride has been serving the assisted transportation needs of many area seniors and facilities to include Knollwood Nursing center, Jewish Healthcare Center, Shrewsbury Nursing and Rehab Center, and many more.
Inspiration for Your Ride came many years ago. While working and serving in area skilled care facilities, Sadique witnessed firsthand the lengthy wait times and frustrations associated with inadequate and cost-effective assisted transportation. Inspired to offer a more reliable and timely solution, Sadique decided to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit in 2015.
Unlike other services operating as a curb-to-curb service, Your Ride is committed to safely escorting you or your loved one from residence or facility to a clean, comfortable, and modern wheelchair accessible vehicle. On arrival at your destination, Your Ride’s trained staff will escort you to check-in.
In leveraging years of professional experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse and in working in area skilled care facilities, Sadique and all of Your Ride’s management team continue to build and cultivate strategic relationships with area staff, patients, and families. Rather than focusing exclusively on volume and profits, Your Ride is keenly focused on providing exceptional and timely customer service with the compassion you and your loved ones deserve.

We are continuously striving to implement effective strategies for enhanced training, integrated technologies, and managerial support and communication. Because we provide local and long distance transportation, effective planning and communication between dispatch and key facilities is paramount.
We continuously work on enhancing our scheduling and traffic management in an effort to reduce travel and wait times while increasing efficiency. We work to adapt and implement policies and procedures to support our mission, to analyze and advise on transportation issues, evaluate scheduling conflicts, negotiate and correspond with carriers, vendors, and strategic partners.
Dispatchers will receive extensive instruction on using our technological integration systems designed to support our growing scheduling and logistical demands. Dispatchers are responsible for the following:
- Customer intake
- Preparation of daily schedules and trip manifests
- Effective driver management and scheduling
- Trip management and oversight
- Coordination with facility personnel
